GEOVIA MineSched 2024

GEOVIA provides geology modelling, strategic and tactical mine planning software with industry leading solutions Surpac, MineSched and Whittle.

GEOVIA MineSched produces target-based, long- and short-term schedules using block, grid, and polygon models created in a variety of different systems, including GEOVIA Surpac and other industry geology and mine planning products. For open pit mines, MineSched accepts and schedules any number of pits and allows for easy, automated scheduling of pit push-backs and mining benches. For underground mines, it supports modelling material flow through remucks, ore passes, and material transport levels, as well as development advance and stope production scheduling.

GEOVIA MineSched cracked version is the leading task planning software! Mainly aimed at the mining industry, it aims to provide the most advanced tools and functions and a new user experience suitable for surface and underground mines of all sizes and types! Maximize productivity and profits.

Intuitive, fast setup and guided workflows eliminate the complexity of scheduling and put real decision-making power back in the hands of engineers and mining operations. Achieve scheduling goals by quickly and easily creating and comparing scheduling scenarios, get an advanced scheduling user experience without data conversion, and improve productivity and efficiency.

Reduce mining costs, ensure that plans can be completed on schedule, and ensure the smooth progress of projects, which can also increase profitability!

Features
1. Open-pit mine scheduling
From copper to coal, from open-pit to open-pit mining, MineCache provides complete long-term and short-term schedules. With MineCache, you can easily schedule pit pushbacks and mining steps.
Quickly prepare practical schedules by letting MineCache automatically arrange your mining benches in bench order.
Minimize the amount of pollutants delivered to the plant by targeting pollutant values and grade values.
Mix materials from other mines, stockpiles, and processing plants through multiple stages in the material flow network.
Calculate all auxiliary equipment requirements, including transportation, drilling, explosive charges, etc.
Arrange dumping sites geometrically and observe the advancement progress of dumping sites simultaneously in the pit and stockpile location.
Create end-of-term working face position surface triangles for pits and dumps, which can be used in other geological and mine planning packages.
2. Underground mine scheduling
From excavation advancement to stope production, MineSched generates practical and integrated underground development and production plans for long-term and short-term scheduling.
Simulate material flow through slag heaps, ore channels, and material transportation layers.
Quickly set up dependencies from primary to secondary stopes in a single pass.
Quickly add and accurately model auxiliary activities such as drilling, charging, blasting, stope fencing and backfilling.
Accurately predict stope opening dates by scheduling production and development simultaneously.
Schedule development directly from the centerline model.
Use precise development crossing rules to allow time for the installation of vent pipes and service lines.
Create period-end entities that accurately represent the location of development and stopes at the end of each period.
3. Scheduling results are immediately displayed on the MineSched dashboard
Scheduling results are updated as you schedule on MineSched’s unique dashboard.
View predefined reports and charts showing the material and grade mined per period, inventory balances and the amount of work for each activity.
Add configurable Gantt chart views and/or 3D animation canvases to the dashboard.
Customize the layout of the dashboard to display multiple key scheduling results simultaneously.
4. Schedule animation
MineCache has two tools to provide schedule animation; the animation canvas in the dashboard and the MineCache Interactive Viewer application. Both offer a 3D display environment specifically designed for analyzing schedule sequences with full 3D navigation capabilities.
Display schedules as blocks, solids, or polygons that are geometrically subdivided and shaded by period.
Make mining animations using different paradigms, such as consumption or addition display methods.
Realistically animate auxiliary activities using other geometry, such as blast holes.
Watch your inventory grow and shrink as it changes in the schedule.
Include reference geometry, such as surface topology maps and solid models of other infrastructure.
MineSched’s Schedule Animation feature is first set up using the 3D Canvas in the panel. Once the user is satisfied with the schedule and its animation, the schedule results are saved to a compact MineSched animation file. This file can then be distributed to other users, such as managers and consultants, who can then play the schedule using the MineCache interactive viewer while dynamically viewing the schedule using operations such as zooming, panning, and orbiting.
5. Reporting and Publishing
In addition to the MineCache interactive viewer, MineCache supports a variety of methods for distributing scheduling results. Microsoft Excel reports and charts create period-by-period column or row reports using all attribute data from the schedule.
MineSched can output scenarios to a Microsoft Project Gantt chart with the click of a button.
Scheduling results can be output to a set of tables in Microsoft Access or any ODBC-compliant database.
Powerful geometry tools create period-end face positions as triangular surfaces or solids for graphical output.
6. MINESCHED POWER’BY
Upload the results of the schedule to the 3DEXPERINCE platform, which enables analysis and sharing of schedule data. Through report writing and analysis, users can gain insights and knowledge about tactical schedules. Through dashboards and collaboration, you can share these insights and knowledge with other stakeholders.
