• Then turn off the printer then disconnect the power button.
• Open the cover of the printer to expose the cartridges of ink
• Take out all Pixma MP560 cartridges
• Take the printhead off the printer by hand
• Clean the printhead and the cartridges for ink.
• Clean the contact pads by using a contact cleaner or pencil eraser
• Install the printhead first before installing the cartridges for ink. Then, turn on the Canon inkjet printer.
• Use through the “Auto Head Alignment” test print
