How to set the Printer to “Online” Manually
Go to the Start icon on the backside left of your display then select Control Panel and then Devices and Printers. Right-click the printer in query and pick See what’s printing. From the window that opens pick the Printer from the menu bar at the top. The select printer is showing offline from the drop-down menu.
